Supporting our closest relationships on our shared journeys
Is your relationship new and moving into something more?
Are big changes rocking your marriage or family?
Do you find you go round and round the same ground without getting anywhere but more emotional?
Do you want more (zest, fun, sex, commitment) or less (fighting, distance, hurt, confusion)?
Has your intimate relationship lost its sparkle?
Are you facing a huge challenge that’s taking a toll on your relationship?
Does your family business struggle in balancing the family and the business?
Often times our intimate relationships are yearning for something. Perhaps it’s more of the sparkle from the past, or perhaps it’s less of the fighting – in whatever form it takes. Maybe the unending challenges of every day life are sucking the spirit out of our families, our marriages, and our relationships of the heart. Or maybe big changes – like new babies, or new jobs, or no jobs, or death, or moves, or promotions, or illness, or graduations – have seriously rocked our relationship boats.
We tackle the most important journeys in our lives with little or no training. Think about it – what clear, helpful, wise and in-sync-with-us preparation have we ever gotten for the big stuff of our lives, like being in an intimate relationship or parenting or taking care of our finances? Most of us either imitate what we’ve seen modeled for us or we do what we can to avoid what we learned from those around us, and that usually by the trial and error method.
And talk about being on an heroic journey – finding our way through the process of living together in harmony with those closest to us is one of the most heroic challenges we face. Most of us struggle, even if only occasionally, to figure out how to get along with our beloveds – our spouses, our kids, our parents, our sibling, our very dear friends. This is perfectly normal and understandable – as long as we’ve been humans we’ve been on this journey.
So, wouldn’t it be great to get some open-hearted support with those relationships that mean the most to you? Wouldn’t a strong ally who has a sense of the lay of the land, who knows the way past dangerous drop offs and towards enchanting waterfalls, be an asset for your relationship on its heroic journey? Wouldn’t it be helpful to have some very handy magical tools your relationship can use to ward off the demons and beasties? Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) provides just such support for our relationships.

Here’s what some of my clients have to say about relationship coaching with me:
“We have been working with Christine for over a year and couldn’t be more grateful to have this opportunity. Her wisdom and compassion have enabled us to practice loving each other in realistic behavioral ways. Through suspending judgment, increasing our awareness and rooting our experience in the strength of our relationship which can so easily be lost in 13 years of marriage, 2 children, health issues, careers and life; we have been able to see each other again and let go of some of the proverbial “stuff” that has build up between us. Unlike therapy, we visit goals each time and commit to homework to practice together. Christine’s sensitivity, ethics and humanness come through loud and clear (surprisingly) from Colorado to Pennsylvania. It is so amazing how much change can happen in such a relaxed and trusting environment! Christine is also very helpful in explaining and teaching about the relationship coaching tenets in a simple way because we were very new to the concepts. We were comfortable and able to learn about each other and ourselves. If you want to help your relationship, if it needs resuscitation or just a fresh perspective contact Christine as soon as possible - you deserve it!” – Maricelle and Joe S. Lancaster, PA

Her coaching weaves together awareness and insight, humor and ease, compassion and understanding. Our relationship has soaked up each coaching conversation like a tall glass of cool water.??”Chris honors life and relationship through her coaching. She is an expert navigator through mystery, pain, joy and connection. We trust Chris and admire her leadership. The results of her coaching are vivid in our daily lives. Our relationship is growing from the inside out. We are so very grateful.” – Erin and Jim, Lincloln, NE
