There is a deep well of women's wisdom that we all know. It is mysterious, life sustaining, fiercely protective, raucously wild, ardently loving, sensuously joyful, full of grounded, intuitive knowing, ocean deep tears and immense power. The Path of a Daughter of the Earth is an earth based spiritual journey of remembering our way to this well of women's wisdom.

Walking the Path of a Daughter of the Earth combines the Wise Woman ways of knowing with a coaching modality that trusts that each person is brilliant, creative, whole and resourceful. It offers women a safe structure for re-membering and re-awakening our personal power, our connection to the earth, and our bone deep knowing of a better way.

The structure

We meet once a month on the phone for 90 minutes and then you choose to meet with me either one, two or three other times in a month for one-on-one life coaching.

Each 90 minute circle call includes a variety of experiences - song, story, visualization or meditation, earth observations, and coaching. Meeting on the phone together with no more than 15 women, we go to the well of our wisdom to learn and teach, support and be supported, and celebrate within the sacred space we create.

Our areas of focus are based on a 13 moon journey. You only commit to this path for the length of time that works for you. In our 13 Moons of Remembering, we explore our blood mysteries, women's ways of knowing, creativity, power, walking the spiral, our ancestral storylines, moon magic, our connection with the feminine face of the Divine, the Sacred Feminine, Goddess spirituality and more.

What does it cost?

We begin with a 2 hour individual coaching session to get clear about what you want and what is most important to you. Since you can start at any time there is an opening (we keep the circle to no more than 15 women), this is also the time for a bit of orientation. The cost for this 2 hour discovery session is $200. At this time you receive printed materials, a copy of Susun Weed's Healing Wise, and a lunar calendar from Luna Press.

How does this work?

We meet on the phone on a bridge line, which is a phone line designed for many people to call in to one number and all be on the same call. One group meets on a Monday night, once a month, at 8:30 PM Eastern time (7:30 Central, 6:30 Mountain, 5:30 Pacific). Another group meets Sunday morning, again, once a month, at 11:30 AM Eastern time (10:30 Central, 9:30 Mountain, 8:30 Pacific). New groups start whenever three or more want to come together in circle.

Can we really meet as a circle on the phone?

Absolutely, yes! There are all kinds of ways we can hook up with our clan members over great distances. If you feel it is difficult to find your sisters where you currently live, the circle call is a terrific option.

The wisdom of this path offers much for men as well as women and, for now, our circles are for women only.

Although accessing the wisdom of the individual is part of the philosophy of life coaching, our usual approach to making the changes we want in our life is based on a heroic model - it is a hierarchical, either/or, "no pain, no gain", "just do it" approach to living. There is so very much more life offers to each one of us than our to-do lists, than our best laid plans. The holy, whole, spiral path of the Wise Woman includes all of us, without shame, with the knowledge of the sacredness of our work.

Who am I? I am a Daughter of the Earth, combining my coach training and experience with my training as an herbalist in the Wise Woman tradition and my life of earth based spiritual seeking.
